TIGA accelerator with added VGA core.
Card have added Headland HT208 with its own memory (256Kb) for VGA compatibility. Card model name is P30/R1.5. Only differences between this and SPEA Graphiti FGA 1/HE, which looks exactly the same, is probably in memory size. Card works in dual screen mode and have 2MB of VRAM and 4MB of DRAM memory. Headland chip has DB15 output (DOS screens), while TIGA is send through DB9.
